Military families shouldn’t have to sacrifice career fulfillment or stability because of where service sends them. Driven by a mission to ensure families thrive even in the most remote installations, Lisa transforms grassroots community needs into actionable defense policy and regional solutions.
Stationed at Eielson Air Force Base since 2021, she leverages a background in economic development and public policy to break down systemic barriers surrounding military spouse employment, childcare access, and Arctic family support. Lisa serves as the Alaska State President for the Air & Space Forces Association (AFA), was a lead co-author of the Mind the Gap white paper and CIC Toolkit through the ADC Military Spouse Leadership Initiative, and has been recognized as the Armed Forces Insurance Eielson AFB Spouse of the Year in both 2023 and 2026.
